- We refund the customs clearance fees and Swiss VAT (8.1%) charged upon delivery.
- To claim your refund, submit a clear photo or scan of your customs invoice and order number within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are made under the same payment method used for the purchase and made within 5-7 business days after valid documentation is received.
- Refunds are only valid for items that are not returned.
- One refund per order. Maximum refund: CHF 200.
- The Platonist reserves the right to decline incomplete or suspicious claims.
